Yoga has been a part of Joan’s life for over 10 years, and her practice has helped her grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Joan completed her 200 hour Vinyasa Flow training with High Peaks Yoga and is certified through Yoga Alliance. Additionally, she has accomplished her Level 1 Yin training through Laughing River Yoga in Burlington. Her classes are powerful and playful with a touch of inspiration and a playlist to match. Out of the yoga studio, you’ll find her behind her camera, cooking up a feast for her friends and family, in the woods with her dog or taking chill time with a book. Joan is forever grateful for the daily inspiration of the Adirondacks and the wisdom of her teachers past and present.
